Ednovate Background

Position Overview
As the Math Program Manager at Ednovate, you will develop and lead the continuous improvement of math curriculum and instruction across our network. In addition to analyzing and improving current practices, you will serve as an in-house expert in national trends and best practices in math curriculum development and instructional strategy, and support math alignment across Ednovate’s STEM curriculum. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with knowledge and passion for mathematics who possesses strong organizational and relationship- building skills and is looking to create positive multigenerational change in a collaborative, results-oriented environment. This grant-funded, full-time, exempt role reports to the Director of Academics.
What You'll Do
Lead Ednovate’s mathematics program to excellence. Strengthen implementation quality of established math curriculum, assessment systems, and instructional routines across all network sites. Codify successful math program practices into replicable systems. Support annual review and refinement of assessment systems across STEM content areas to ensure alignment with standards.
Drive continuous improvement through regular data cycles. Conduct data analysis across STEM subjects to identify improvement opportunities and measure program impact. Support development of data-driven interventions addressing learning gaps, monitor effectiveness over time, and disseminate findings to key stakeholders.
Provide professional development and teacher support. Facilitate network-wide professional development focused on strengthening key instructional practices and addressing common implementation challenges in mathematics. Provide targeted coaching to teachers requiring additional support, focusing on planning, pacing, and assessment practices. Serve as a content expert, partnering with school leaders as needed to address implementation gaps and strengthen instructional practices in mathematics.

We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree, required; Master’s degree in mathematics, education, or a related field, preferred
4+ years of teaching experience in mathematics, required
Instructional leadership experience, such as content team or department leadership, strongly preferred
