Ednovate Background

Position Overview
As an Operations Assistant at Ednovate, you will be responsible for supporting operational excellence at your school site to ensure that the school is safe and efficient, with resources readily available and aligned to educational priorities to enable the highest level of learning. You will be a friendly face for families, staff, visitors and students in your school’s main office, and will also support student data and attendance processes to ensure that every student is in school every day. This role is an exciting opportunity for an organized, flexible, team-oriented individual looking to create positive multigenerational change in a collaborative, results-oriented environment. This is an hourly, non-exempt role that reports to the Dean of Operations.
What You'll Do
Support operational excellence. Support the operations team in meeting all school and network goals for operations, including but not limited to maintaining student records, meals, cleanliness, school safety, and technology. Lead daily attendance phone calls, support implementation of attendance intervention process, and support reporting to authorizer and state.
Provide top-notch customer service. Provide warm, timely support to staff, students, visitors and families so they have a high-quality experience in every interaction. Manage the main office front desk, including welcoming and directing families and visitors, receiving phone calls and delivering messages, supporting uniform sales, and receiving and managing deliveries.
Maintain operational compliance. Maintain accuracy of student data throughout the school year, ensuring student files are complete and up to date, and support preparation for Report Card Pickup. Follow all operational processes (including those for finance, safety, data, and communication) with fidelity to meet authorizer, state, federal and audit requirements.

We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent, required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, preferred
Experience working in operations, customer service, and/or in a K-12 school setting, preferred
Fluency in written and spoken Spanish, preferred
